Q. How do I book a bouncy castle?
A. You can book by going to our booking page and send us your details or you may contact us via phone or email whichever you prefer and we’ll be glad to answer any queries you might have. We strongly advice you to book two weeks in advance as our bouncy castles get booked pretty fast.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment is made on the day we deliver and set up the bouncy castle. However, if you wish to pay in advance, that’s alright too. Cash or Cheque is accepted made payable to Three Kings Bouncy Castles.

Q. Do I need a deposit?
A. No. we don’t require a deposit.

Q. What about bad weather?
A. You have the option to cancel if the weather is too wet. If possible, please ring us at before 8am on the day of hire if you wish to cancel. You can also check the weather forecast on www.metservice.co.nz. Most of our bouncy castles have rain covers so the children stay dry and go on bouncing even if it is raining a bit. However, the safety of the children and the inflatable is important to us so if we think that the weather is going to be too wet (heavy rains, high winds), we cannot allow the hire to proceed. We’ll ring to cancel your booking and we’ll endeavour to do this as early as possible to give you time to make other plans for your child’s party.

Q. I’ve change my mind and decided to do something else on my child’s birthday, can I cancel and when?
A. We offer FREE BOOKING and FREE CANCELLATION service. If you wish to cancel, kindly inform us by phone or email three days before the booking date.

Q. Up to what age are the castles suitable for? Can adults, pets or toys and party poppers go on it?
A. Our bouncy castles are suitable up to 14 years of age only. Sorry, no adults, pets or toys are allowed nor food and drink as these may permanently stain the unit.

Q. Can you set up anywhere?
A. We can set up anywhere, indoors or outdoors, grass or concrete. Slight slope is acceptable. It is recommended that you have about 2 meters of clear space around the bouncy castle for the children’s safety and prevent damage to the inflatable. We can set up indoors on School or Church Hall depending on the ceiling height.

Q. Can we hire the bouncy castle overnight?
A. No. We don’t hire out our bouncy castles overnight. During summertime, hiring times are up to 8pm. The rest of the seasons are usually up to 6pm or depending on how much light we have. We prefer to collect our bouncy castles during daylight.

Q. Do we need to prepare anything?
A. We will bring all the necessary equipment like power leads, etc. As we are working on a specific time frame kindly clear the area where the bouncy castle is going to be set up before delivery.

Q. Can we move the bouncy castle?
A. Once we’ve set up the bouncy castle, you cannot move the bouncy castle under any circumstances. You can contact us on the number provided should you have any questions or problems regarding your inflatable hire.
